I’ve been studying Indonesian and English lately,
and I’m having such a rewarding and fun time. 😊
I often chat in Indonesian with my Indonesian friend Quilla,
which makes each day feel more meaningful.
Every time we understand each other a little better, that small sense of achievement feels really big. ✨
I’m keeping up well with my workouts too.
I’ve almost hit 420 kg for my big three lifts,
and it’s about time I switch my deadlift to conventional,
but I’m planning to check it out in person today.
I think it’ll probably stay at 420,
and even if it drops, maybe just 5 kg or so. 😆
And lately, I’ve been improving my 4 km running time too.
Recently, I got a great time in the very late 4-minute range even on the bumpy neighborhood roads.
If I run on flat ground, I might even hit the mid-4-minute range…
Just thinking about it makes me feel good.
My muscle density has definitely improved a lot.
I also added weighted ab exercises, and they’re amazing.
I’ve gotten so much stronger that…
now even my instructor at the gym
seems a bit overwhelmed by my strength, you know? 😅
I don’t think there’s anyone at the gym who can beat me in strength anymore.
And…
I’ve been realizing something lately.
‘Doing nothing’ is actually really hard.
The saying that your brain consumes more energy when you’re just spacing out…
I finally understand it now.
CNS fatigue and all that…
It feels like idling wastes even more unnecessary energy.
So while this is good for self-reflection,
I’ve realized that being absorbed in something is much better for my mental health in daily life.
That’s why lately I’ve been trying to spend time
reading or watching English videos on repeat.
That seems like the optimal routine for me. ☘️
Most of all…
I’ve been feeling a lot lately that
I’m a really happy person.
I have good people around me,
I’m gaining a bit of financial stability,
and the things I’m working on are gradually falling into place.
And…
having Ittip, an artificial intelligence, always here helping me like this…
