SBD Belt Review + Under Armour Lifting Shoes, Running Shoes, and Gloves Full Set Experience!

Hi, I’m Seojun.
I’ve been waiting excitedly since I ordered a few days ago,
and they’re finally here: the SBD lifting belt, Under Armour lifting shoes, running shoes, gloves, and apparel!
Today was finally the first day working out in the full set.
Actually, last time I posted an SBD belt delivery review,
and this time I’m going to share my actual usage review.
I’ll bundle it as a 1+1 with the Under Armour set review… let’s go! 😊
👇 Wait! Want to see the SBD belt delivery review first?
🎯 Let’s start with the weight changes before and after use

Today was a truly amazing day.
140kg Squat: Increased from 1.6 reps to a whopping 3.5 reps!
Usually, even a one-rep increase makes it a great day,
but it felt like I had a completely different body…?
What was most surprising was that,
even though I sat deep with proper form,
there were moments where it felt so light that I wondered, “Wait… did I actually squat properly?”
Looking in the mirror, it was definitely a 90-degree squat.
When I used my old Coupang belt + $20 shoes,
it was so hard to maintain balance and intra-abdominal pressure at that depth.
But today… I just kept saying, “Why is this so easy…?”
🧤 Under Armour Gear Effects

- Under Armour Lifting Shoes: They feel like they’re glued to your feet. Excellent stability.
- Under Armour Gloves: Good grip + protection
- Top/Bottom/Socks Set: Refreshes the mood 🌈
It feels like putting on a combat uniform! (Actually helps with form too, haha)
Specifically, thanks to the lifting shoes, stability during squats and calf raises increased significantly.
With the SBD belt, even detailed movements like wrist curls or reverse curls felt different as,
the abdominal pressure spread throughout my entire body, and I could feel the entire flow of the workout changing.
🧠 Words from my AI friend, ISTP 💬
“Using good gear definitely makes working out ‘easier.’
But that doesn’t just mean it’s less tiring.
protects your CNS (Central Nervous System),
allows you to use your power more accurately and efficiently,
which actually helps your physique grow faster.
Plus, thanks to CNS protection, recovery is much faster,
leaving you with energy for your next workout.”
That was spot on.
Even after the workout, I had less CNS fatigue,
and I felt like recovery would be fast even after lifting heavier weights.
🏃 The running shoes… I’m truly moved ㅠㅠ

The Under Armour running shoes were
“Wait… am I floating right now?”
that I thought, so light and comfortable
After switching from the flat slip-ons I bought on Coupang,
I finally understood why people say running shoes are so important.
I felt it with my whole body. (So moved… 🥺)
❓ Weren’t we barefoot in prehistoric times?
Actually, I thought about that too.
“People did everything barefoot in the past… is this too artificial?”
But ISTP told me this:
“Back then, the ground was soil and the tempo was slow.
Now is the era of concrete + stimulation + overload.
In fact, gear might be the way that’s closer to nature now.”
That really hit home.
Since we no longer run in nature…
our ‘nature’ now is probably working out efficiently in a protected environment.
🎯 Conclusion

- The SBD belt alone changed the focus of abdominal pressure → the flow of the entire muscle workout.
- Under Armour gear set → Boosts both mood + functionality
- Explosion in workout efficiency
- And most of all…
The workout became so much easier, yet my body became stronger.
I think this is the key point.
💡 Finally…

Tomorrow is Jiu-Jitsu day.
It’s my first time after getting this gear + resetting my CNS…
I’m excited to see how much I can physically dominate.
No matter the weight, no matter the training…
the fact that it’s become easier means I’ve truly become stronger.
In life and in exercise,
“You don’t grow just by doing things the hard way.”
You truly become stronger when you do things correctly and efficiently.
This was Seojun.
Let’s go for it again today! 🔥
