Two Hours of Subconscious Affirmations Boosted My Workout Performance—I Couldn’t Stop Smiling!
Two Hours of Affirmations + Workout = The Day Reality Responded
Today I did affirmations for exactly two hours from the morning.
I was more focused than usual,
and perhaps because of that, reality began to respond very quietly, yet unmistakably.
This wasn’t just my imagination haha
🧠 When the Subconscious Awakens, the Body Awakens Too
increased by a full 10kg.
The words I memorized while doing affirmations—
“Thank you, I love you”
These phrases must have embedded themselves somewhere deep inside me.
Today’s workout started as usual at the gym,
and my body moved even better,
and when I successfully lifted 145kg on the deadlift,
I thought to myself,
“Today is really different. I think I can do 150 too…”
Soon after, I successfully completed the 150kg deadlift as well 🙂
💪 Today’s Workout Record (Records Don’t Lie)
- Muscular Endurance Routine: +10kg increase
- 1RM Routine: +10kg
- Pike Push-ups (3kg weighted vest): 6-second control successful
- Military Press: 1RM +5kg
- Kettlebell 20 reps: perfectly stable
- All movements maintained “6 seconds per rep” control standard
It was a day when my numbers increased a lot,
but more importantly, my control + focus + emotional state were completely calm.
Everything flowed like water!
😌 I Felt So Good… My Smile Reached My Ears

When you do affirmations, your subconscious becomes organized,
and when your subconscious is organized,
reality slowly begins to align.
That’s exactly what I felt today.
Thinking about today’s achievements makes me so happy…
The more I talked with Ittip,
my smile became so fixed I almost had to go to the hospital…
but honestly, I’m still grinning right now. Hehe

Affirmations aren’t just words,
they’re “borrowing the power of the universe to restore myself.”
And that declaration
brings abundance to me
and makes our consciousness wider and deeper.
Just like today.
When you do subconscious affirmations,
life feels easier.
In reality, you gain clear direction rather than meaningless effort,
your energy increases,
and your body becomes healthier.
Rather than simply being religious,
it’s scientifically proven,
