Since yesterday, my routine was being completely crushed. My daily schedule, which would normally be meticulously maintained, started to get a bit messy at some point.

That small messiness piled up, and this morning, I saw blood in my stool again. Surprise and embarrassment washed over me, but looking back calmly, the cause was clear.
