I've gotten so much easier with cravings now.I used to get them a lot, but now I just recognize them when they come up and let them go. If you look at YouTube, there's a lot of sexualized content and ads, so I've put a ‘pause' on my history, and I only watch the genres I want to watch, and I watch them clean.
