Optimal Summer AC Temperature: The Day I Discovered the Real Cause of My Fatigue

Lately, I’ve been strangely tired all the time.
It’s not that I’m lazy, but I keep feeling like my fatigue won’t go away and my face is swelling.
Every time I look in the mirror, my face seems wider, and I even worried if my bones were growing.
Is it because of intense workouts?
Am I stressed…?
Even if I seem to sleep well at night, my face feels heavy in the morning.
My jaw area felt stiff, so I wondered, “Am I grinding my teeth in my sleep?”
But I didn’t know the cause, so I just kept living diligently, thinking that stress had accumulated from all my exercise, reading, and meditation.
Come to think of it, stress shouldn’t accumulate if I’m meditating. 😳
A Nap in the Cool Breeze 🌬️

Today, for the first time in a while, I turned on the living room AC and took a nap in the cool breeze.
Normally, I only used a fan, but my room was hot and humid, so I don’t think I was able to get deep sleep.
I set the AC to 27-28 degrees Celsius and lay down in another room where the direct breeze couldn’t reach, and something amazing happened.
I fell into deep REM sleep, my unconscious mind opened, and I had a series of sexual dreams.
You might think it’s strange, but in fact, it was a process of safely releasing suppressed sexual energy.
It’s been 5 weeks since I started abstinence, and my unconscious mind, which hadn’t felt much desire, entered recovery mode naturally thanks to the comfortable environment.
The Real Cause of Fatigue

I finally realized.
My fatigue wasn’t due to other factors.
It wasn’t because I was incompetent, nor was it solely due to accumulated stress.
The cause was simply my sleep environment.
In the heat, my body couldn’t get deep sleep with just a fan, and as a result, my jaw became tense, my face swelled, and fatigue accumulated.
The answer to my worries of “Why do I always feel so heavy? Why can’t I feel relaxed?” was right there.
Optimal Summer AC Temperature Tip 🌿

If you’re like me and your fatigue won’t go away, or you’re worried about facial swelling or teeth grinding, I hope you’ll try this.
✔ 27-28°C → This is the optimal range for summer AC. It’s not too cold, so you don’t have to worry about AC sickness, and it’s perfect for deep sleep.
✔ Avoid direct breeze → Instead of sleeping in the room with the AC on, opening the door and sleeping in the adjacent room allows only cool air to enter, making it much more comfortable.
✔ Reduce environmental burden → An AC set to 27°C or higher has a similar effect to running several fans, which also reduces concerns about electricity bills and the environment. 😘
Cooling Saiyan Mode ⚡

After my nap today, I discovered my own new mode.
Its name: Cooling Saiyan Mode ✨
It was the moment when I, who had been completely drained by the heat, became strong and recovered again thanks to the AC breeze.
Fatigue wasn’t tormenting me.
It was just a signal my body was sending, and I only just now noticed it.
I realized that by changing just one thing in my environment, I could become strong again.
No wonder I get sleepy whenever the AC is on…
