My Daily Growth Routine: Rebuilding Myself on a Day My Spirit Crumbled
it was the power of small routines that rebuilt me.”
Today started a little differently.
When I tried to get up in the morning, my body felt hazy,
my spirit kept sinking,
and memories from the past kept surfacing in my mind.
That memory was a longing for someone precious.
Even though it was a past connection,
I guess feelings of genuine gratitude and love still remained somewhere in my heart.
The start of the day was heavy, but
after pouring my heart out in writing,
I felt much lighter.
And, there’s something I’ve decided.
‘Let’s make the world a better place.’
To help people break free from artificial stimuli and
feel true happiness and beauty.
✨ My Growth Routine
- Subconscious Affirmations: 2+ hours a day
- Meditation: 2+ hours total, morning and evening
- Exercise: Consistent movement to boost energy
- Smiling Routine: Gently smile to recover on days off or before bed
- Subconscious Purification: Consistent practice to heal the inner self
😴 Can I grow even while sleeping?
Let me tell you an interesting fact.
For those who dream often, the routine’s effect can be even stronger.
Come to think of it, I’ve heard there are people who never dream at all.
Before bed,
I gently smile until I fall asleep.
A slight smile is just right.
If you smile for too long, your mouth muscles might hurt, so
it’s important to take breaks in between.
If you do that, you might have amazing experiences in your dreams.
For example,
you might have lucid dreams,
or experience meeting your inner self and healing past wounds.
🛌 How to rest well on weekends, I’m still thinking about it
“How can I truly rest well?”
This is something I always ponder.
❌ What not to do
Watching stimulating content on YouTube!
It doesn’t help with rest at all; it only accumulates fatigue.
📌 Your central nervous system gets excited, hindering recovery.
(They say this is scientifically true. Dopamine overload!)
✅ What I recommend instead
- Meditation: Of course, you might feel sleepy or have back pain.
But if you just keep doing it when you’re sleepy, at some point,
you’ll feel a quiet joy. - Change your posture: If your back hurts, a rocking chair or leaning back is good.
Meditating while lying down works well too, but the downside is that it’s so comfortable you might fall asleep. Haha.
🌱 Today’s Routine Summary
- All-day meditation 4 hours
- Gratitude affirmations 1+ hour
- Writing down forgotten emotions
- Drinking warm water
- Gently smiling during breaks
- Before ending the day, whispering “I love myself”
This routine doesn’t heal all broken hearts.
But practicing each step helps me regain my center.
And at that center, there’s always ‘love’.
If I practice consistently,
I believe there will come a day when my subconscious becomes truly clear.
☀️ To myself, and to you, who lived through today
Today,
I was momentarily swayed by memories and emotions,
but because of that, I became stronger,
and a little warmer.
We are growing little by little every day.
Even if it’s not visible,
these days accumulate
and eventually lead us to become more wonderful people.
To myself, who lived well today,
and to you, who are reading this,
I send a small smile of encouragement.
😊
