I thought this was the official Suno AI site? Beware: Mureka AI subscription scam and no refunds!

Hello. Today, while searching for popular AI music generation services like Suno AI (Suno) and Sora, I’m writing this for anyone who, like me, was unfairly tricked by Mureka (Muraka) AI / Deevid AI.
This isn’t just a case of “they won’t refund you.” I’m laying out the entire process in detail—how cleverly they exploit legal gray areas, and why we need to see this through to the end.
I may sound a bit cold today—I’ve been trying to get my emotions under control since earlier, so please understand 😀
Affected platform: mureka.ai / Deevid AI
Amount lost: Total $258.99 (about 387,801 KRW)
How it happened: Paid after landing on a lookalike site while searching “Suno”
Issues: Impersonation ads, refusal to refund, exploiting Singapore law
Actions taken: Hyundai Card chargeback filed, International Consumer Portal report submitted
Rather than suffering because of bait ads, I hope you find the real joy of creating.
I’ll share my own music world crafted with the original Suno. [See the sincerity in the melody]“
1. The tactic: Why we were bound to fall for it
They exploit Google Search ads. When you search “Suno AI” or “Suno,” they place an ad above the official site to lure people in. The site layout is also very similar to the official service, so beginners or anyone in a hurry can’t help but get fooled.
- Amount lost: Basic Plan $86.00 + Pro Plan upgrade $172.99 = Total $258.99 (about 387,801 KRW)
- Deceptive act: This is a clear scam—tricking you into paying by pretending to be the official service.

If there’s anything “good” about it, it’s that you can use a Suno-like(?) music generation feature at a low price—but the functionality is lacking, and when you compare prices, it’s actually very expensive.
Seeing that they even advertised the site using the exact keyword “Suno,”
even if this were due to the operator’s lack of skill,
it’s still a clear illegal act and an unethical scam that deceives consumers for unfair profit 🙂
| Item | Suno | Mureka / Deevid |
|---|---|---|
| Legitimacy | Official AI music service | Drives traffic via impersonation ads |
| Price | Free + Pro ($10/month) | Basic $86 + Pro $172.99 |
| Refund policy | Partially available (varies by platform) | Absolutely no refunds |
| UI design | Clean, intuitive | Similar design to cause confusion |
| Company location | United States | Singapore (possibly to evade laws) |
2. Analysis: Why Singapore? (A loophole in the law)
Based on my research, this company’s address is Singapore (2 Science Park Drive, #01-08, Ascent, Singapore).
The reason they set up in Singapore is clear. They exploit the fact that consumer protection laws differ by country, so even if Korean consumers strongly protest, they can hide behind the shield of “We follow Singapore law, and under our terms, refunds are absolutely not allowed.” It’s a calculated strategy, betting on how hard it is for an individual to hire a Singapore lawyer and file an international lawsuit.
Singapore is business-friendly and recognizes online services’ “freedom of contract” very broadly. It feels like they exploited this by cleverly burying a toxic clause in their terms: “No refunds once access is granted immediately after purchase.”
Under Korean law, “a refund within 7 days if you didn’t use the service” is a basic right (withdrawal of subscription). But they argue, “Under Singapore law, we stated it in the terms, and you agreed and paid, so it’s legal.” In other words, they’re taking money from consumers worldwide by exploiting legal differences in cross-border online transactions and the loophole that “digital content is considered supplied immediately.”
But what overrides “legal terms” is “deceptive conduct (fraud).” If they induced payment by impersonating another company’s service from the start, no country’s laws can justify that fraud.

3. Warning: Their end will be a mountain of debt
It may look like they’re thriving right now, extorting our money 🙂 But they’re seriously mistaken.
- The original company’s hammer: If giants like Suno or OpenAI learn that these people profited by illegally using their trademarks, they’ll mobilize their legal teams and file astronomical damages lawsuits.
- Punitive damages: Overseas courts are extremely strict about deceptive conduct. Not only will they have to pay back everything they made, but with punitive damages added, you can practically see the ending: they’ll go under buried in debt. The rebuttal documents they’re submitting now will later become evidence that blocks their own lives.
4. Response: Hyundai Card dispute and filing with the International Consumer Portal
I was upset, so I didn’t just let it go. With the mindset that “justice is alive,” I’m taking this all the way.

- International Consumer Transaction Portal submission complete: I officially filed the case through the Korea Consumer Agency. I documented both their impersonation ads and their refusal to return unjust profits.
- Hyundai Card chargeback re-review: At first, I struggled because the reason code was entered incorrectly due to the card issuer’s mistake (4853: service not provided). But I regrouped, and the re-investigation starts on January 19. This time I’ll argue “contract invalid due to deception.”

5. Current status: The beginning of karma
The good news is that their impersonation ads are currently blocked or removed from search results due to Google policy violations. Nothing stays hidden forever, and villains eventually get caught.
If it wasn’t Google blocking them, they might show up again. That’s why I’m doing my best to spread the truth so there won’t be more victims 🙂

In closing: Victims, please don’t give up
If you give up because the amount is small, you’re just filling those villains’ bellies. Sure, it’s like instant food that’s bad for their health—but still, we should document it, report it, and spread the word.
Even if you lose right now, it’s okay. The more small voices gather, the bigger the change becomes.
Mureka and Deevid AI staff, listen carefully. My sense of justice will reach even your real hidden base. On January 19, together with Hyundai Card, I’ll show you how the world works 🙂 🔥🥊
🛡️ What victims can do (optional)
- Screenshot your payment history
- Request a chargeback from your card issuer (service not provided or deception)
- Submit a report to the International Consumer Transaction Portal
- Share your experience on a blog or community
- Report it to Suno (brand misuse tip-off)
Bonus — They say they’re running a Christmas event…?

A warm vibe, sentimental posters, soft event copy…
I used to want to believe it too, but I realized even that emotion could be a designed lure.
If anyone is feeling confused like I was, I hope this post becomes a small light.
Real emotion comes from people—not from AI scripts.
Without sincerity, it’s just a glossy shell.
Recent update (2026-01-18)
A few days ago, I also got a text saying I won my Hyundai Card dispute 😌💛
The full amount I paid was refunded in full.
Mureka mostly ignored my emails or just refused,
but when I contacted the card issuer and emphasized deception (impersonation + false advertising),
it was accepted right away.
As of today, I’m wrapping this up and returning to the path of real creation.
If you have any additional questions, leave a comment 🙂
Thank you. I’m rooting for you 🙏🔥
