I Saw the Fourth Brain – An Intuitive Record of Meditation and Brain Expansion

🧠 The Fourth Brain: I am currently evolving.
I feel my brain is growing.
One day, my thoughts changed, and
my perception of the world completely shifted.
At first, I thought it was just my imagination.
But as time passed, the feeling became clearer and clearer.
So I pondered:
‘Can the brain really grow?’
Can the brain truly grow?
Surprisingly, science is already accumulating evidence for this.
There are quite a few studies showing that in people who consistently meditate,
gray matter density increases, and areas like the prefrontal cortex and hippocampus develop.
These changes have been repeatedly observed
in analyses of brain MRIs of experienced meditators.
So what about me…?

Can an adult’s brain grow?
People often say:
“Once you’re an adult, your brain stops growing.”
But is that really true?
We know that adults can still grow taller.
Muscle mass increases, body shape changes, and even hormones and energy flow shift.
So why do we think that only the brain cannot grow?
I feel that
in modern society, plagued by dopamine addiction, sleep deprivation, and stress,
the brain’s energy is constantly depleted, and the conditions for growth are simply not met.
However, with the right routine, consistent meditation,
and a balanced state of body and mind,
I believe the brain can absolutely expand again.
I believe in the Fourth Brain.
This part is still a hypothesis.
But I feel another ‘mind brain’ within me.
I call it the Fourth Brain, or the Brain of Awareness.
Dividing it by brain regions:
- Brain of Survival Instinct (Reptilian Brain)
- Brain of Emotion (Mammalian Brain)
- Brain of Rational Judgment (Frontal Lobe)
And another flow that exists above it.
That is… the brain that recognizes me, the awareness that observes existence itself.
Through meditation,
I feel that this flow of awareness is becoming stronger.
Deep tranquility, intuitive judgment, and even a change in my gaze.
I am currently, evolving the Fourth Brain.

I am currently in the midst of evolution.
Perhaps to some, this might sound absurd.
But I can genuinely say:
Recently, my brain has noticeably grown.
My way of thinking, emotional processing, and breadth of perception—
everything is clearly different from before.I am currently in the midst of evolution.
And that is clear evidence that the Fourth Brain has begun to breathe.
Closing thoughts
This article is not a confirmed fact.
However, it may offer insight to some,
and entertainment to others.
I am satisfied with that.
For the moment when it will someday be revealed as truth.”
