My name is SeoJun. I’m someone who strives to live each day fully, embracing both emotion and information. This moment, as I post my first article on this blog, feels like a small beginning, but a quite meaningful step for me.
I currently operate a brand called ‘Shinbi Creative.’ It’s a one-person brand that I’m building from the ground up, tackling design, coding, and marketing all by myself. However, this blog, ShinbiDays, is a little different. This is a space that holds the essence of ‘myself,’ distinct from my business.
While it’s true that it’s also for earning money, it’s simultaneously a space where I record, share, and connect with the genuine feelings and direction I discover as I live my life.
Listening to My Inner Voice
Since childhood, I’ve always had many thoughts and questions about life. In relationships, in repetitive daily routines, and in my yearning for growth, I often reflected on myself. Through this process, I began to listen to my ‘inner voice.’ By exercising, meditating, reading books, and repeating affirmations, I am getting to know myself.
My affirmations are ‘Thank you’ and ‘I love you,’ but recently, I’ve started saying ‘I am happy’ as an applied affirmation.
And this blog is a space where both this ‘inner journey’ and ‘practical challenges’ are shared.
Growth and Realizations Learned Through Practice

I am a Jiu-Jitsu purple belt and have been training in mixed martial arts for over 6 years. I enjoy the process of strengthening my body and constantly learning through real-world challenges. At the same time, I’m learning about AI and automation technologies, and contemplating ways to make work and life lighter with them. A life where body and mind, emotion and technology are balanced and transcendโthis is the direction I pursue.
On this blog, I plan to divide posts into four main categories. They might change later, but I’ll let you know in advance.
- Routines & Growth: I plan to record meditation, affirmations, exercise routines, and habits that build a solid daily life.
- AI & Automation: I’ll organize insights on automation using GPT, creating my own systems, and tools and mindsets for working effectively.
- IT Tool Recommendations: I’ll introduce tools, apps, and websites that I’ve actually used and found effective. I aim to provide only genuinely helpful information.
- Emotional Essays: I intend to explore emotions, concerns, and the meaning of life experienced in daily life with a warm perspective.
This blog isn’t just about providing information; it’s a space where I write as if I’m conversing with myself. For some, it might be a guide, and for others, just a small moment of empathy. But I think that’s all perfectly fine. The important thing is that I’m writing with sincerity.
Going forward, I will continue to document all my experiments, attempts, concerns, and growth here. Just like the name ‘ShinbiDays’ suggests, so that I can feel that each day is mysterious and precious.
