Back Lever Narrow Straddle Review and Moments of Growth

Today was a really light-hearted day.
From the start of the day through my workout, the flow was excellent.
I walked a bit more than usual,
and I could feel the cloudy energy inside me dissipating,
returning to a clear and light state.
💪 Transcendent Training Growth
Today’s workout was truly… literally “transcendent growth.”

- One-arm handstand push-up 1.5 reps
(three-finger support on opposite hand / 97% range of motion)
→ It used to be 3 reps, but the range of motion was only 88%.
The depth, focus, and sensation were all different. - Stand-to-stand bridge (19 kg)
→ It used to be 6.5 reps, but I rested 15–20 seconds per set.
But today, I succeeded with 3 continuous reps without a single rest!
I felt in my body how important “continuity” is for CNS growth. - Oblique weight also increased by 1.5 kg → currently 25 kg
- 6-stair jump increased from 2.5 kg → 4 kg
And the reps also increased from 3 → 5!
Continuously, too. (jump, walk, then jump again immediately)
🦍 Back Lever Narrow Straddle (3–4 Second Success)
And today’s most meaningful moment—
the back lever narrow straddle 3–4 second success!
Last time it was 6 seconds with a straddle,
but this time I attempted it with a much narrower leg position.
The sensation of holding with upper body control was clearly different,
and it was that much harder, but I felt great while holding it.
Now the full back lever is right in front of me.
And after that… one-arm back lever? Hehe

🌍 High-Level Video from an International YouTuber

Today, I discovered a YouTuber.
Someone living abroad named Alexander Karaberov,
- One-arm back lever
- Three-finger handstand push-up
- Full-range handstand push-up
and other incredibly difficult skills.
Even though the video is from 13 years ago, his form doesn’t break down,
and especially the one-arm back lever is a level rarely seen on YouTube.
Plus, he maintains an almost straight line while holding it… truly impressive.
It felt good to encounter someone with the same direction as me,
someone who truly understands the body.
💊 Changed Magnesium, and My Body Feels Different?

Since yesterday, I switched my magnesium
from ‘buffered glycinate‘ → to ‘pure glycinate‘.
Both are 200 mg, but the noticeable effect is clearly different.
Typically, buffered types have an actual absorbed magnesium amount of around 40–80 mg,
but pure glycinate is absorbed at nearly 100%.
Perhaps because of this, even though I only had misugaru powder in the morning, I was full of energy,
and my motivation to train was overflowing. My body felt like “mine.”

🎥 99th YouTube Video and Its Meaning

The video I uploaded today is my 99th YouTube video.
Just one more to go.
“Uploading 100 videos means it was genuine.”
If someone with their own dream
has broken through their limits one by one,
and recorded their gradual growth
100 times,
then it’s real.
Next, the full back lever.
Next, the one-arm back lever.
And… toward my own true fight.
Thank you for watching consistently 🙂
