A back lever straddle built on muscle feel and tension—my real growth journey

My challenge to get a perfectly straight back lever straddle
The weather lately is totally autumn.
When that chilly breeze blows, it feels like both my body and mind get quieter for no reason.
On days like this,
waking your body up with a warm workout
can be such a good routine.
Today, in the back lever straddle position,
I finally got perfectly straight.
Really—exactly.
🌀 An honest line made by muscle feel and tension
I realized a back lever straddle isn’t something you can do with strength alone.
Delicate control, the sense of connection between muscles,
and above all “keeping the tension”—that was the key.
Today I did it wearing a hoodie and pants,
so I was about 1 kg heavier,
but my body didn’t fall apart.
It stayed locked in.
Exactly the line I’d imagined.
In that moment, part of my heart lit up with joy.
“Ah, I’ve really gotten so much better.”
🍃 Movement that’s different from before

Before,
my upper body would tilt a bit,
or my hips would lift,
and my body wouldn’t connect cleanly.
But today,
my whole body was connected as one.
No wasted effort,
just… like everything clicked into place.
I could feel that every single movement, routine, even the meditation I’ve been doing
had all been building up for today.
🎥 I wanted to capture the moment
So I didn’t want to
just let this moment pass.
I uploaded it to the Shinbi Flow YouTube channel too.
The phrase “real growth journey”—
I thought this might be exactly when you use it.
Watching the video, even I felt a bit choked up.
I wanted to leave it as a record.
Days like this… I’m just proud. Truly.
🌕 I just want to praise myself
These days,
I’ve been working out consistently,
and media detox, semen retention, affirmations, meditation…
I’m doing my best in my own way.
Of course, sometimes
I wonder, “Am I getting too intense…?”
There are moments like that too.
But
when I experience “growth I can feel in my body” like this
I think…
“I’m doing fine.”
Being able to respond sensitively even to one small change
is a truly precious moment for me right now.

This is my story.
And this is my growth journey. The weather is getting pretty chilly.
I hope you stay warm even in the cold 🙂
Thank you.
