The Day My Heart Broke, A Daily Growth Routine That Built Me Back Up

It was the power of small routines that put me back on my feet.”
Today started a little differently.
I wake up in the morning and feel groggy,
My heart sank,
My mind kept replaying the past.
It was a memory, a longing for someone dear to me.
It's been a long time coming, but somewhere in the back of my mind I still have a soft spot for
I guess it was a genuine feeling of gratitude and love.
That was a heavy start to the day,
Once I got my thoughts down on paper
It's a lot lighter.
Then, I decided to do something.
‘Let's make the world a better place.’
Take people away from fake stimuli and
True happiness and beautyso that you can feel it.
✨ My Growth Routine
- Subliminal affirmations: 2 hours or more per day
- MeditateAt least 2 hours total in the morning and evening
- Workouts: Boost your energy with steady movement
- Smile routines: Recovering with a smile on your day off or before bed

😴 Can you grow while you sleep?

Here's a fun fact.
If you dream often, the effect of the routine may be stronger.
Come to think of it, some people don't dream at all.
I do it before bed,
I'm laughing myself to sleep.
A slight smile is the most appropriate response.
My mouth muscles hurt from smiling too long.
It's also important to take breaks in between.
You never know, you might end up having an amazing experience in your dreams.
For example,
Lucid dreaming,
Meeting my Self and Healing Past Woundsfor example.
🛌 I'm still trying to figure out how to take a weekend off.

“How can I really rest well?”
This is something I always struggle with.
❌ What not to do
Watching provocative content on YouTube!
It doesn't help me relax at all, it just makes me more tired.
📌 The central nervous system is excited and recovery is impeded.
(It's actually a scientific thing. Dopamine overload!)
✅ What we recommend instead
- Meditate: Sure, you might feel sleepy or have a sore back.
But when you're sleepy, you just do it and at some point,
Silent Ecstasyfor the first time. - Change your posture: If you have a bad back, try a rocking chair or reclining position.
Meditating while lying down works great... but the downside is that if you get too comfortable, you can fall asleep. lol
🌱 Organize your routine for the day
- Meditate throughout the day 4 hours
- Audit assurance 1 hour or more
- Forgotten feelings Organize your writing
- Drink warm water
- During breaks Hold still and smile
- Before the end of the day, “I love me” Whisper
This routine won't heal all your broken hearts.
However, the Take it one step at a time and get centered.
And at the center of it all is always ‘love’on the page.
If you stick with it,
At some point, your subconscious mind may decide that A really sunny daywill be coming.
