Karena itu, hari ini saya ingin meninggalkan proses tersebut sebagai catatan. <\/p>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"345\" height=\"333\" src=\"https:\/\/sinbidays.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/One-handed-push-up.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-3596\" srcset=\"https:\/\/sinbidays.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/One-handed-push-up.jpg 345w, https:\/\/sinbidays.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/One-handed-push-up-300x290.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 345px) 100vw, 345px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Masalah awal<\/h2>\n\n<p>Saat pertama kali mencoba push-up satu tangan, masalah terbesar saya adalah <strong>badan turun sambil terpelintir<\/strong>.<br\/>Karena mengerahkan tenaga untuk menjaga keseimbangan, sudutnya menjadi tidak stabil, dan akhirnya tubuh tidak lurus melainkan miring secara diagonal.<\/p>\n\n<p>Terutama saat saya memakai rompi beban hingga 12 kg, halnya tetap sama.<br\/>Saat itu saya hanya berpikir, \u201cMungkin karena bahu saya lebar, jadi posturnya terlihat sedikit berbeda.\u201d<br\/>Padahal posturnya salah, tetapi saya tidak menyadarinya dan malah keliru mengira <strong>\u201cBerhasil!\u201d<\/strong>.<br\/>Kalau dipikir sekarang, rasanya lucu. \ud83d\ude05<\/p>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"343\" height=\"279\" src=\"https:\/\/sinbidays.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/One-handed-push-up-posture.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-3595\" srcset=\"https:\/\/sinbidays.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/One-handed-push-up-posture.jpg 343w, https:\/\/sinbidays.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/One-handed-push-up-posture-300x244.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 343px) 100vw, 343px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Proses koreksi postur<\/h2>\n\n<p>Setelah menyadari masalahnya, saya pun melihat caranya.<br\/>Saya menurunkan beban dan mencoba lagi dengan <strong>rompi 7 kg<\/strong>, dan kali ini memutuskan untuk fokus pada postur.<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Mencoba dengan berat badan sendiri<\/strong> \u2192 Ternyata saya bisa turun dengan lebih mudah dari yang saya kira, dan posturnya mendekati benar. Karena tidak menyangka, saya jadi makin percaya diri! <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Menjaga tubuh atas tetap lurus<\/strong> \u2192 Saya mengencangkan core dan terus memperhatikan agar tubuh tidak ambruk ke satu sisi.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Mengatur jarak kaki<\/strong> \u2192 Bukan membuka kaki selebar yang sering terlihat di siaran, melainkan membuka kedua kaki sekitar <strong>45 derajat<\/strong> saja untuk menjaga stabilitas.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Menghilangkan puntiran<\/strong> \u2192 Akhirnya!
