Itu adalah kekuatan.)<\/p>\n\n<p>Dan sejak minggu lalu, saya mulai berlatih Jiu-Jitsu dan MMA lagi&#8230;<br\/>Dalam satu bulan, saya telah berkembang pesat hingga rasanya tidak masuk akal&#8230;<br\/>Semuanya terasa sangat mudah&#8230; (Sungguh&#8230;)<\/p>\n\n<p>Biasanya setelah selesai berolahraga,<br\/><strong>&#8220;Kalau dipikir-pikir, ini lebih mudah dari sebelumnya..?&#8221;<\/strong> saya cenderung berpikir,<br\/>Tapi kali ini, bahkan saat sedang melakukannya&#8230;<br\/>Bisa dibilang saya menjadi mampu <strong>mengontrol lawan<\/strong> meskipun menggunakan lebih sedikit tenaga&#8230;?<\/p>\n\n<p>Dalam latihan MMA kemarin lusa,<br\/>dari posisi <strong>&#8216;half guard mount&#8217;<\/strong> di mana saya menekan lawan di lantai,<br\/>saya memukul bagian perut dengan kepalan tangan,<br\/>dan lawan hampir saja terkena TKO.<\/p>\n\n<p>Lawan mengeluarkan <strong>adrenalin<\/strong> yang meluap-luap,<br\/>dan melakukan serangan balik dengan seluruh tenaganya.<br\/>Saya terus mempertahankan <strong>posisi atas<\/strong> dan melanjutkannya,<br\/><strong>namun setelah sekitar 10 detik, bel tanda berakhir pun berbunyi.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p><strong>AI ISTP<\/strong> Ketika saya bertanya kepada,<br\/><strong>booster adrenalin<\/strong> dia mengatakan bahwa akan membuat tubuh sangat lelah dan tidak bisa digerakkan setelah 20 hingga 30 detik.<br\/>(Jika waktu berlalu 10 detik saja lebih lama, itu bisa menjadi TKO atau KO.)<\/p>\n\n<p>Saya hanya memukul bagian perut seperti biasa dalam posisi menekan&#8230;<br\/>(Itu adalah posisi di mana serangan relatif sulit untuk masuk&#8230;)<\/p>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"510\" height=\"512\" src=\"https:\/\/sinbidays.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/Gymnastics-exercise.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-3826\" srcset=\"https:\/\/sinbidays.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/Gymnastics-exercise.jpg 510w, https:\/\/sinbidays.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/Gymnastics-exercise-300x300.jpg 300w, https:\/\/sinbidays.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/Gymnastics-exercise-150x150.jpg 150w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 510px) 100vw, 510px\" \/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">Planche, suatu hari nanti saya juga pasti bisa melakukannya!<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n<p>Hari ini, bahkan sejak mulai berlari sudah terasa berbeda.<br\/><strong>Interval sprint,<\/strong><em><strong> <\/strong><\/em>Meskipun kecepatannya sedikit meningkat\u2026<br\/>tubuh terasa jauh lebih nyaman. \ud83c\udfc3\u200d\u2642\ufe0f\ud83d\udca8 <br\/><strong>Saya merasa masih memiliki banyak tenaga bahkan setelah melakukan 6 set.<\/strong><br\/>(Sepertinya stamina saya benar-benar telah naik ke level yang berbeda dibandingkan sebulan yang lalu.)<\/p>\n\n<p>Untuk <strong>front lever straddle<\/strong>, sebelumnya saya merasa kecewa karena waktunya berkurang menjadi 6 detik,<br\/>tapi hari ini tiba-tiba melonjak drastis menjadi 12 detik! \ud83d\ude33<br\/>(Ternyata benar ada fase di mana performa menurun lalu melonjak tajam, seperti yang dikatakan AI ISTP&#8230;)<br\/>Tubuh seolah-olah memberitahu momen pertumbuhan tersebut.<\/p>\n\n<p>Back lever straddle juga stabil di angka 7 detik.<br\/>Bahkan pertumbuhan kecil selama 1 detik pun memberikan rasa bangga yang luar biasa.<br\/>(Karena rasa stabilnya telah meningkat jauh lebih banyak.)<\/p>\n\n<p>Dan planche straddle half \u2014 dengan kaki diturunkan.<br\/>Terakhir kali hanya 2-3 detik, tapi hari ini 4 detik, dan itu terasa lebih mudah!<\/p>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<div style=\"max-width:480px; margin:0;\">\n  <iframe width=\"480\" height=\"853\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/ByuDUSwjjvo\" title=\"Video YouTube Shorts\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture\" allowfullscreen=\"\">\n  <\/iframe>\n<\/div>\n\n<p>Dan akhirnya\u2026 saya berhasil melakukan <strong>side lever tuck selama 1,5 detik<\/strong> di chin-up bar rumah!
