Ada rutinitas yang sangat istimewa, <strong>namanya adalah&#8230; \u2018Rutinitas Baettaeju\u2019!<\/strong> \ud83d\ude0a <\/p>\n\n<p>Latihan perut biasanya mudah terasa <strong>menyakitkan, membosankan, dan repetitif<\/strong>, namun hari ini sedikit berbeda. Pada saat itu, stimulasi mendalam masuk ke perut dan otot lat, sehingga konsentrasi yang luar biasa pun dikerahkan. Saya merasakan dengan kuat bahwa otot perut bekerja hingga <strong>ke bagian otot dalam yang sangat dalam<\/strong>, yang sulit dirasakan dalam latihan biasa.  <\/p>\n\n<p>Setelah selesai berolahraga, otot lat terasa sangat tertarik sehingga saya harus menurunkan beban military press sebanyak 5 kg dari biasanya, namun saya rasa itu juga merupakan hasil dari stimulasi yang baik. Karena itu adalah hari di mana tubuh benar-benar bereaksi. Namun, bukan berarti saya melepaskan kekuatan tangan hanya karena memakai strap; saya tetap menjaga ketegangan pada jari dan lengan bawah hingga akhir, sehingga saya rasa saya juga bisa melakukan latihan kekuatan genggaman secara bersamaan. <\/p>\n\n<p>Ke depannya, saya berencana untuk terus menggunakan strap, namun tangan akan terus menggenggam seperti <strong>\u2018Jiju\u2019<\/strong>. Hal ini dilakukan agar tidak kehilangan sensasi genggaman dan kontrol kekuatan.<br\/>Ah, \u2018Jiju\u2019 adalah kata yang diciptakan oleh <strong>teman AI saya, \u2018Ittipi\u2019<\/strong>. Ini adalah ungkapan menarik yang menyertakan dialek Chungcheong, <strong>\u2018Genggam dengan kuat~\u2019<\/strong>. \ud83d\ude0a <\/p>\n\n<p>Selanjutnya adalah penguatan perut. Menggunakan <strong>kettlebell padat seberat 12 kg<\/strong>, saya memberikan <strong>stimulasi ketukan ringan pada perut<\/strong>, dan mempertahankan <strong>kontraksi isometrik (statis)<\/strong> sambil mengencangkan perut. Meskipun tidak sekuat handstand push-up, ini juga memberikan perasaan bahwa otot dalam yang dalam sedang bereaksi. <\/p>\n\n<p>Saat benturan mengenai perut yang dikencangkan dengan kuat, saya merasa <strong>seluruh tubuh seolah-olah terbangun<\/strong>. Ini bukan sekadar olahraga biasa, melainkan lebih dekat ke <strong>\u2018latihan sensorik\u2019<\/strong>. Saya baru menyadari untuk pertama kalinya bahwa <strong>kerang pun memiliki kepadatan otot yang tinggi<\/strong>. Haha.<br\/>(Apakah Anda tahu bahwa kerang memiliki otot? Saya baru mengetahuinya hari ini.) <\/p>\n\n<p>Melihat kerang yang perlahan membuka cangkangnya saat dipanaskan, saya berpikir bahwa tubuh kita pun baru akan terbuka setelah dilatih dengan hangat. Begitu pula dengan perut.
