Dopamin berlebihan!)<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u2705 Sebagai gantinya, yang saya rekomendasikan<\/h3>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Meditasi<\/strong>: tentu Anda bisa mengantuk atau punggung terasa sakit.<br\/>Namun saat mengantuk, jika tetap melakukannya, pada suatu titik<br\/>Anda akan merasakan <strong>kebahagiaan yang hening<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Mengubah posisi<\/strong>: jika punggung sakit, kursi goyang atau posisi bersandar juga baik.<br\/>Meditasi sambil berbaring juga bisa berjalan baik\u2026 tetapi kekurangannya, jika terlalu nyaman Anda bisa tertidur.
