Kamu bisa!&#8221;<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Perlahan&#8230; turun sambil merasakan otot memanjang satu per satu, lalu sret! Sensasi saat mendorong lantai dan naik! Tidak ada goyangan sama sekali selama berhasil melakukan 3 repetisi. Bukan hanya beratnya yang bertambah, tetapi kepadatan di dalamnya pun berubah. <\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Bench Press:<\/strong> Naik dari 3,5 repetisi 105kg menjadi <strong>2,3 repetisi 110kg<\/strong>! (Repetisi ke-1 93%, ke-2 85%, dan 0,3 terakhir dengan rentang gerak 100%) <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Hip Thrust:<\/strong> 4 repetisi 120kg \u2192 <strong>3 repetisi 130kg<\/strong> (Sorotan hari ini! Tidak menyangka 130kg akan terasa seringan ini&#8230;)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Lying Triceps Barbell:<\/strong> 16 repetisi \u2192 <strong>18 repetisi<\/strong>!
