class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Awalnya saya pikir ini masalah mental.<br\/>&#8220;Apakah saya menjadi lemah?&#8221;<br\/>&#8220;Apakah kemauan saya kurang kuat?&#8221;<br\/>Saya menyalahkan diri sendiri.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Namun hari ini,<br\/>saya menyadari sesuatu yang sangat sederhana namun sangat kuat.<\/p>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator camilan dua kali sehari<\/strong>.<br\/>Karena harus memperhatikan lemak tubuh, saya berusaha tidak makan terlalu banyak.<br\/>Namun jika melihat intensitas dan volume latihan yang saya lakukan,<br\/><strong>asupan makanan sebanyak itu sangat tidak mencukupi sebagai bahan bakar<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Saya seperti <strong>terus mengendarai supercar yang kehabisan bahan bakar<\/strong>.<br\/>Itulah mengapa saya merasa lesu.<br\/>Otak lelah, dopamin habis, emosi menjadi sensitif.<br\/>Bahkan dalam kondisi parah, suara-suara di sekitar saya terasa class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Jika akhir-akhir ini olahraga terasa tidak menyenangkan,<br\/>tenaga berkurang,<br\/>suasana hati sering menurun,<br\/>dan meski rutinitas terjaga namun tetap merasa class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Olahraga juga butuh bahan bakar!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mobil sebaik apa pun,<br\/>jika tanpa bensin, pada akhirnya akan berhenti.<br\/>Saya juga mengalaminya, dan sekarang saya kembali berlari setelah mengisi bahan bakar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dan yang mengejutkan,<br\/><strong>mengisi bahan bakar
