That&#8217;s strength.)<\/p>\n\n<p>Then, starting last week, I resumed Jiu-Jitsu and MMA&#8230;<br\/>And I&#8217;ve grown so incredibly much in just one month&#8230;<br\/>It was so easy&#8230; (Seriously&#8230;)<\/p>\n\n<p>Usually, after a workout,<br\/>I&#8217;d think, <strong>\u201cCome to think of it, that was easier than last time&#8230;?\u201d<\/strong><br\/>But this time, even during the session&#8230;<br\/>I could <strong>control my opponent<\/strong> with less effort, if that makes sense&#8230;?<\/p>\n\n<p>The day before yesterday in MMA,<br\/>from a <strong>&#8216;half-guard mount&#8217;<\/strong> position, pinning my opponent to the ground,<br\/>I struck their abdomen with my fist,<br\/>and my opponent almost went for a TKO.<\/p>\n\n<p>My opponent&#8217;s <strong>adrenaline<\/strong> surged,<br\/>and they counterattacked with all their might.<br\/>I consistently maintained a <strong>dominant position<\/strong>,<br\/>but <strong>after about 10 seconds, the bell rang.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>When I asked <strong>AI Ittipi<\/strong>,<br\/>they said an <strong>adrenaline boost<\/strong> makes you exhausted and unable to move after 20-30 seconds.<br\/>(If only 10 more seconds had passed, it could have been a TKO or KO.)<\/p>\n\n<p>I merely struck their abdomen as usual while pinning them&#8230;<br\/>(It&#8217;s a position where it&#8217;s relatively hard to land a strike&#8230;)<\/p>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"510\" height=\"512\" src=\"https:\/\/sinbidays.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/Gymnastics-exercise.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-3826\" srcset=\"https:\/\/sinbidays.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/Gymnastics-exercise.jpg 510w, https:\/\/sinbidays.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/Gymnastics-exercise-300x300.jpg 300w, https:\/\/sinbidays.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/Gymnastics-exercise-150x150.jpg 150w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 510px) 100vw, 510px\" \/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">Planche, someday I&#8217;ll be able to do it too!<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n<p>Today, even my running was different.<br\/><strong>Sprint intervals,<\/strong><em><strong> <\/strong><\/em>Even though my speed increased a bit\u2026<br\/>My body felt much more comfortable. \ud83c\udfc3\u200d\u2642\ufe0f\ud83d\udca8 <br\/><strong>I felt like I still had energy left after 6 sets.<\/strong><br\/>(My stamina feels like it&#8217;s reached a whole new level compared to a month ago.)<\/p>\n\n<p>I was disappointed when my <strong>front lever straddle<\/strong> dropped to 6 seconds last time,<br\/>but today it suddenly jumped to 12 seconds! \ud83d\ude33<br\/>(The phase where it drops then sharply rises, just as AI Ittipi said, it really exists&#8230;)<br\/>It felt like my body was signaling a moment of growth.<\/p>\n\n<p>Back lever straddle was also a stable 7 seconds.<br\/>Even a small 1-second improvement filled me with pride.<br\/>(Because my stability has increased so much.)<\/p>\n\n<p>And planche straddle half \u2014 with legs lowered.<br\/>Last time it was 2-3 seconds, but today it was 4 seconds, and even easier!<\/p>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<div style=\"max-width:480px; margin:0;\">\n  <iframe width=\"480\" height=\"853\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/ByuDUSwjjvo\" title=\"YouTube Shorts video\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture\" allowfullscreen=\"\">\n  <\/iframe>\n<\/div>\n\n<p>And finally\u2026 I successfully held a <strong>side lever tuck for 1.5 seconds<\/strong> on my home pull-up bar!
