I\u2019m safe now,\u201d<\/strong> and a quick rush of pleasure hits.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Finally, it wraps up with the rational system.<br\/>\u2192 Watching cute animals or calm scenes creates the illusion <strong>\u201cI feel a bit better now.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The problem is\u2026 this cycle keeps repeating in a very subtle way.<br\/>As your brain swings between threat and reward, it gets more and more exhausted.<br\/>And even that brief \u201ccuteness\u201d doesn\u2019t fully undo the fatigue.<br\/>In the end, even after just a few videos, <strong>you feel worn out and left with emptiness.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\ud83e\udde0 Why do you get so tired?<\/h4>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Our brains weren\u2019t built to endure this kind of roller-coaster stimulation for long.<br\/>In prehistoric times, <strong>real danger (predators, accidents)<\/strong> appeared only occasionally, and <strong>rewards (food, reproduction)<\/strong> came afterward\u2014that was the normal rhythm.<br\/>But the Reels algorithm compresses this process into <strong>seconds<\/strong> and keeps serving it nonstop.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">So your brain is forced to repeat <strong>\u201ctension \u2192 reward \u2192 comfort\u201d<\/strong> endlessly at a speed it can\u2019t handle,<br\/>and you end up exhausted\u2014like you\u2019ve been out on a battlefield all day.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Reels algorithm isn\u2019t just a system that shows fun videos\u2014<br\/>it\u2019s a structure that cleverly uses our instinctive systems to keep us hooked.<\/p>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4.
