Likes are a <strong>fake sense-of-safety stimulus<\/strong>. There\u2019s a backlash.\u201d <br\/>\u201cProtein is the raw material that actually makes me feel safe. The more time passes, the more solid and strong it makes me.\u201d <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The ISTP nodded then, too.<br\/>In the end, social media rewards are just \u201cnumbers\u201d\u2014they can\u2019t actually change my body and brain.<br\/>Fake dopamine tricks the brain for a moment; real rewards fill my life.<br\/>That was the conclusion I came to on my own.<\/p>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Protein = real reward<\/h2>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"509\" height=\"509\" src=\"https:\/\/sinbidays.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/Protein-Real-Reward.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-3613\" srcset=\"https:\/\/sinbidays.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/Protein-Real-Reward.jpg 509w, https:\/\/sinbidays.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/Protein-Real-Reward-300x300.jpg 300w, https:\/\/sinbidays.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/Protein-Real-Reward-150x150.jpg 150w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 509px) 100vw, 509px\" \/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">The real reward is protein \ud83d\ude00<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I tried it myself.<br\/>After finishing a workout, writing a blog post, or wrapping up the day well, I built a routine where I reward myself with 50 g of protein.<br\/>That became <strong>my dopamine reward system<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-pullquote\"><blockquote><p>The results surprised me.<\/p><\/blockquote><\/figure>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>My muscles recovered faster, and I felt like I was getting stronger and stronger.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>As fatigue went down, my mind became calmer.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>My head felt clearer, and my mood improved.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">While talking with the ISTP, I said:<br\/><strong>\u201cIf you eat protein and then stop, does it go back to how it was?\u201d<\/strong><br\/>The ISTP told me, \u201cProtein is like building material\u2014the more you supply, the more you grow, and if your intake goes back down, you can maintain it.\u201d<br\/>Hearing that, I became convinced that protein rewards aren\u2019t just a short-term effect\u2014they <strong>help your brain and body keep growing<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The brain grows and expands, too<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Protein becomes an important fuel for the brain.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"509\" height=\"509\" src=\"https:\/\/sinbidays.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/Brain-Protein-Growth.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-3614\" srcset=\"https:\/\/sinbidays.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/Brain-Protein-Growth.jpg 509w, https:\/\/sinbidays.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/Brain-Protein-Growth-300x300.jpg 300w, https:\/\/sinbidays.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/Brain-Protein-Growth-150x150.jpg 150w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 509px) 100vw, 509px\" \/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">Protein that helps both body and mind grow \ud83d\ude42<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Just as muscles grow with protein, the brain also needs fuel to increase in volume.<br\/>While reading Joe Dispenza\u2019s somewhat questionable book, I summed it up like this:<br\/><strong>\u201cIt\u2019s not simply that consciousness changes reality.<br\/>Consciousness intentionally changes the subconscious,<br\/>and when that accumulates, the subconscious changes our reality.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">While talking with the ISTP, I also said this:<br\/><strong>\u201cIt feels like the brain gets bigger in the moment it drops into deep meditation and you feel bliss.<br\/>Maybe that\u2019s when it needs a lot of water. I just drank some water and my judgment came back.\u201d<\/strong><br\/>I also came to feel, firsthand, that these two things\u2014protein and hydration\u2014help keep the brain calm and steady.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br\/><\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-wp-embed is-provider-shinbidays wp-block-embed-shinbidays\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<blockquote class=\"wp-embedded-content\" data-secret=\"vZVJ3mNBPd\"><a href=\"https:\/\/sinbidays.com\/en\/brain-growth-meditation-experience\/\">How to Make Your Head Bigger?
