Especially looking in the mirror up close, I felt disappointed that my face looked large and my shoulders looked narrow. My old Muay Thai instructor used to say it&#8217;s better not to have upper traps, and most fighters don&#8217;t have large ones. I was also worried my neck might look shorter. Slowly \ud83d\ude42  <\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Hold the dumbbells, shrug your shoulders up, and <strong>pause at the peak for 2\u20133 seconds<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lower them slowly for 2 seconds. \u2192 Aim for a tempo of about 6 seconds per rep, doing 20 reps or fewer than 6 reps depending on weight. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Doing it this way prevents them from getting excessively large and creates a firm, angular line.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Even after just one day, you can feel the effect of a smaller-looking face and posture correction.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2.
