exercises, weighted vest training\u2026<br\/>My strength increased, my body got stronger, and there was clear visible progress.<br\/>But at some point, <strong>my body felt heavy, I had no energy, and a mental issue.<br\/>&#8220;Am I getting weak?&#8221;<br\/>&#8220;Is my willpower lacking?&#8221;<br\/>I blamed myself.<\/p>\n\n<p>But today,<br\/>I realized something simple yet powerful.<\/p>\n\n<hr trying not to eat too much because I was watching my body fat.<br\/>But considering the intensity and volume of my workouts,<br\/><strong>that amount of food was nowhere near enough fuel<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<p>I was essentially <strong>driving a supercar that had completely run out of fuel<\/strong>.<br\/>That&#8217;s why I felt lethargic.<br\/>My brain was exhausted, dopamine was depleted, and my emotions became sensitive.<br\/>At times, surrounding sounds felt <em>almost like faint hallucinations<\/em>.<br\/>Looking back, <strong>I think it was my brain&#8217;s my body felt light, my mind felt clear,<br\/>and I actually wanted to move<\/strong>.<br\/>Affirmations worked better, meditation became more immersive,<br\/>and my brain felt properly &#8220;awake&#8221; for the first time in a while.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>All this time, my body was alive,<br\/>just waiting for fuel.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator
