Today was one of those days where the smallest things made the biggest impact.I woke up late in the morning and didn't pack my usual breakfast. So my first meal was lunch, which I didn't eat until a little after 12:30. In effect, I skipped breakfast and started the day with lunch. As I sat down at the table to eat, I thought to myself, “It's okay, I have a workout today, so I'll get my protein in later and get back into the rhythm.” But in the back of my mind, I felt a little anxious. “If I don't eat like this... am I going to lose muscle?” I thought to myself, "I'm an athlete...
