A month of getting stronger without realizing it. In the last month, I've taken a break from sprint intervals and 4KM PR runs 😲 (because I've been busy, and I've had some fitness issues), but I've been lifting weights consistently (density, not muscle size! ) And I started doing jiu-jitsu and MMA again last week...and I've grown so much in a month...it's ridiculous...and it's so easy... (really...) Usually, after I finish a workout, I'm like, “Wait a minute, was that easier than last time?” This time, I was able to control my opponent even in the middle of the workout...with less effort...? In MMA, the day before, I had to take my opponent to the ground...
