✨ Seo Jun's Diary I've been studying Indonesian and English lately, and I'm really proud and having a lot of fun. My Indonesian friend, Kwila, and I often talk to each other in Ini, which makes every day more rewarding. Every time we communicate a little bit, it's a great feeling of accomplishment. ✨ My workouts have been going well, I'm almost at 420kg for the third time, and it's time to change my deadlift to ground dead... but I'm going to go check it out today, I think it'll stay at 420, and if it drops, it'll be around 5kg. 😆 I've also been improving my 4 km running time, recently...
