I've been strangely tired all the time lately.
It's not like I'm lazy, Feeling tired and puffy all the way to your facecontinues.
Every time I looked in the mirror, my face would widen and I would worry that my bones were getting bigger.

I feel like I sleep well at night, but my face is heavy in the morning.

But I didn't know what was causing it, so I just assumed it was stress from living a hard life, working out, reading, and meditating.
Come to think of it, meditating shouldn't be stressful 😳.

Today, I turned on the living room air conditioner for the first time in a long time and realized that Napping in the cool breezeasleep.
I usually sleep with the fan on, but the room was hot and humid, and I don't think I was able to get a good night's sleep.
Air Conditioner 27 to 28 degreesand lying down in another room, out of the direct wind, something amazing happened.
I fell into a deep REM sleep, my subconscious opened up, and I had one sexual scene after another in my dreams.
You might think it's weird, but it was actually a safe release of pent-up sexual energy.
I've been abstinent for five weeks now, and my subconscious hasn't felt much desire, Natural recovery mode thanks to a pleasant environmentin the new folder.
The real causes of fatigue

I finally realized.
My fatigue was not due to other factors.
It wasn't because I was incompetent, and it wasn't because I was stressed out.
The cause is simply Sleep environmentwas.
In the heat, the fan was not enough to help his body fall into a deep sleep, resulting in a tense jaw, puffy face, and fatigue.

It was a moment when I was exhausted from the heat, and the air conditioning breeze made me feel strong and restored.
Tiredness wasn't what was bothering me.
It was just a signal from my body, and I'm just now recognizing it.
I realized that with just one change in my environment, I could be strong again.
For some reason, air conditioning makes me sleepy...
