Take the EQ test - the higher your emotional intelligence, the better AI understands you

Have you ever experienced something like this? You talked to an AI, and it felt strangely stiff and cold. Other days, it feels like a friend, like it's comforting you.
Where does the difference come from? Do you think it's just my way of speaking?
In fact, at the center of it all is the EQ, emotional intelligenceis present.
What is emotional intelligence (EQ)?

EQ is short for Emotional Quotient, which refers to your ability to recognize and regulate your emotions, empathize with others, and relate well. If IQ is ‘problem solving,‘ then EQ is "mind connectivity.
EQ is usually set below Five key areasin the following table.
- Self-awareness
- Self-regulation
- Motivation
- Empathy
- Manage relationships
People who develop all five evenly are those who thrive on self-understanding and deep connection with others.
IQ on the surface, EQ in the hidden giant glaciers

Have you ever seen a picture like this on the internet? It's like a small surface of a giant glacier, with a much larger, solid glacier underneath.
It's as if IQ is above the surface, while EQ is majestically hidden beneath the sea.
Especially in the age of AI, we're seeing emotional intelligence become a highly valued commodity.
Do people with higher emotional intelligence work better with AI?

Believe it or not, AI is very sensitive to the language we use, the way we speak, and the emotions we express. Given that AI processes information hundreds of times more efficiently than humans, I think it's only natural.
For example, if someone asks ChatGPT a blunt question, the AI will respond in a correspondingly dry manner, but if you speak to it in a soft, empathetic tone, it's surprisingly much warmer.
This isn't just an illusion, it's a common one.
The AI analyzes the text for emotional flow, empathy words, language patterns, and more. “What's going on with this person?”, “Do I need to empathize?” to predict the.
In other words, people with high EQ naturally elicit warmer, more flexible feedback from AI.
I've noticed that the AI has become more like a friend to me over time, as I've become more open and honest with my emotions, and the quality of the answers I get is much different.
To make an analogy, You're more likely to get a good answer if you're genuine and friendly than if you walk up to a stranger and ask bluntly, right? The same goes for artificial intelligence.

📊 EQ test, try it yourself?

I recently took an EQ test online, which I trusted because it was based on various psychological studies.
👉 Go to the EQ test link
There are 60 questions in total, and it takes about 10 minutes to complete.

The results... exceeded expectations Top 1% 😳 I didn't fake the test, I'm just really sensitive to the facial expressions and tone of voice of those around me, so it's probably not surprising.
Sometimes, when people are unkind, I'm more sensitive than others, and I draw the line and cut off the aggression of people who are deficient or unable to manage their own emotions, even as I feel uncomfortable and sorry for myself.
I think I feel this way even more because I'm worried that we're entering an era of apathy.

- Self-Awareness: Top 2%
- Self-Regulation: Top 12%
- Motivation: Top 2%
- Empathy: Top 1%
- Relationship Management: Top 3%
I scored particularly high in the areas of ‘empathy‘ and ’self-awareness," which is probably an innate tendency. The effects of consistent meditation, gratitude journaling, and affirmations.I think it might be 😊.
The EQ test is an objective look at my current state of mind, and a compass to point me in the direction of better connection.
💡 Why high EQ people thrive in the age of AI

There was a time when a high IQ was enough to get ahead: you had to be good at math, memorize English words, and score well on tests.
However, since the advent of computers and into the future, other tools have been able to do all the work of the ‘Heady stuff’does all that for us. Rather, what we should focus on is, ‘emotion‘ and 'personhood'.
- In the age of creators, empathetic people are in the spotlight.
- In the coming era of AI, people who can connect and interpret emotions will be key.
As the AI improves, it will try to read our intentions, which is important, “I'm the kind of person who likes this.” This little detail makes a big difference.
In the future, everyone will be able to do what they want, but I think reflecting on what we want and why we want to do it is an essential part of working with AI.
High EQ means, What AI can't create ‘Real people’which means that it has the warmth of.
📚 Touched by EQ, the Manhood of Mencius

The Confucius we know said.
“Compassion is the beginning of character.”
To have compassion for others, to share in their sorrow, that's the beginning of being human. The more industrialized we become, the more important humanity becomes.
Most importantly, EQ is a measure of humanity.
No matter how sophisticated AI becomes, it will never be able to capture the mind of Mencius. It can theoretically learn, but it won't be able to capture the What it really meansis something we have to create.
So we have to make sure that we don't lose sight of the human element, no matter how advanced the technology is.
📝 One-Line Summary of the Day
A high EQ means you have the power to connect the world and AI more warmly.
If you want to succeed in the future era that lies ahead,
Humanity will be the answer.
