They say it's the Year of the Pig in 2025, but I beg to differ.

They say that in 2025, in the year of the Pig, I was visited by Samjae. “Be careful,” “Don't overdo it,” I often see on the Internet.

Is the third trimester really a bad time?

It's often said that the Year of the Ox is a year of hardships and accidents, but I disagree. It's not just a year of bad luck, When life's big growth trials come your wayfor me.

I'm not saying there aren't challenges, but I'd much rather have the How to get through the painI want to learn.

So, instead of trying to avoid this year, I'm going to embrace it head-on.

• One-handed pull-ups Successfully wearing a 7.5-10 kg weight vest
• Maintain a high-energy body and mind

• Force Hit 85 kg or more once
• One-handed handstand push-ups (Stepping Out and Succeeding)

People often say. “It gets better after three years,” they say, but I have a different perspective.

It's not about the end of the trilogy, Because I've gotten stronger by going through this I believe it gets better.
